The solution provides a 360-degree view of winery sales.

Enolytics is pleased to announce our working relationship with VIP, Vermont Information Processing, Inc., to combine winery depletion data with DTC data. The end result delivers an integrated 360-degree view of winery sales across all channels, including on-premise, off-premise, Tasting Room, website and Wine Club.

The integration of wholesale data with direct sales data has the potential to change the way the wine industry grows its business across every channel, in mutually compatible ways. More than 2400 distributors across the country provide depletion data to VIP, which represents unparalleled coverage of the space. Enolytics’ DTC software is compatible with 30 to 40 percent of wineries throughout the US. The relationship combines the strengths of both companies.

Visualizing the geography of all-channel sales is a primary benefit of the combined data. Wineries can proactively identify wholesale accounts where their wines are not yet sold. At the same time, hotspots of interest in DTC sales are visualized relative to deserts of sales in the three-tier channel. Neighborhoods of existing consumer interest will be obvious.
