Every time we’ve told a customer about any of these new features, here’s what they said: “I love this…”

Not in an extravagant, showy way, but with a kind of relief that says, “Someone is hearing me. They are actually working to make my life easier.”

Yes. We try very hard to do that.

Here’s a quick overview of some of the updates in Enolytics’ latest release, completely designed to make your life easier.

AI Summary for Any Report You Create

Create a report (or pull one up that you already have) in Build Beyond Limits, and click “AI Summary.” It will identify critical, important, and informational data points for you.

Batch Actions: Write Back to Commerce7 in Batches (Shopify Coming Soon)

No more one-at-a-time work! Create notes, tasks and flags in bulk and write them back to C7. Log a mass email as customer communications? Sure! Assign tasks to Sales Associates in bulk? No problem!

Heads-Up on Expiring Credit Cards

Check out the new Club Membership Credit Cards column in Sell More Now —> Retain These Customers. We’ve flagged cards that have already expired and cards that are likely to expire before the next Club shipment, so that you can get ahead of the game before shipments are disrupted.

Updated AI Summary for Every Single Customer

Check out the AI Summary when you’re in “Take Action: Contact Details.” Now you’ll see a short customer summary at the top, then “Why Now,” then “What to Avoid.” Super helpful for any sales person on your team!

Marketing List Membership Summary

See which marketing lists each customer is subscribed to, all in one place. This makes it easy to understand list membership across your marketing platforms and build targeted outreach based on subscription status.

Find more details here, any time you’re logged into Enolytics.

Or you could always ask Robin for more details. Or schedule a workshop with Chris. Or call my Bat Phone at 702.528.3717.

Cathy and Chris. (And Robin too.)
