An Iconic Napa Winery Adopts Enolytics, and Their Business Changes: Case Study of Far Niente

“The Enolytics platform has changed how I do business.” — Taylor Almond, Ecommerce Manager at Far Niente Winery

That is a flattering comment in itself, and we are grateful for the feedback. The compliment takes on another dimension, however, when it comes directly from one of the most significant and well-regarded wineries in the country.

Far Niente already knows how to sell wine, and across many channels. The estate was founded in Oakville, California in 1885, and is renown for its Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon.

So, how does Enolytics change what Far Niente does?

It comes down to removing mental hurdles, and how much time is saved by intuitive, easy-to-use technology.

“I used to set aside hours to figure out how I’m going to get at a list” of segmented customers for an email campaign, Taylor said, “or else I didn’t do it at all because I didn’t have the bandwidth. With Enolytics it really takes me 15 minutes, so there is not that mental hurdle.”

Removing the mental hurdle. That phrase is now pinned to the top of the list, when I’m asked to describe what Enolytics does.

To see some of what Taylor is talking about, and how easy it is to create super effective and granular customer lists, check out our library of how-to videos for creating segments and lists of customers. Best of all, these videos are three minutes long, or less.

I know I’ve said it before, and it bears repeating: It is YOUR data. You already own it. And it is very likely in the same format as Far Niente’s. There is no reason you can’t use the exact same tools. The size of the winery or the volume of production literally does not matter. The technology is the same.
