Welcome to Your White-Glove Treatment from Enolytics, at No Extra Cost to You
This is uncomfortable for me to say:
Research from our friends at WISE (Wine Industry Sales Education) indicate "friction" about wine tech tools, ours and others' more generally. In particular, sometimes the “lift” of using Enolytics is too heavy. Sometimes there’s too much to learn, or the “what to do now” isn’t easy enough to see.
We hear this, and here’s what we’re going to do about it:
Step 1: Introduce Enolytics as “consultants,” but not the expensive kind. The kind that’s already included in the price of the software.
Step 2: We’ll share with you a “menu” of the reports and lists that we create for you within Enolytics, with your own data, and then start sending them to you on a regular cadence. You can also request that we build fully customized reports for you and your team.
Some examples:
Customers whose birthday or Club anniversary is coming up – Sent weekly
Customers who are showing signs of disengaging with the winery – Sent monthly
Customers who have bought the previous vintage of a specific SKU, and may buy it again. We identify the recommended wine – Sent every two weeks
Club members whose credit cards will expire before their next Club shipment – Sent quarterly
Upcoming reservations, perhaps with an AI summary profile of each customer – Sent daily or weekly
The Club members who changed their status, according to who signed up, cancelled, switched clubs, and/or put their club on hold – Sent weekly or monthly
KPI metrics and reporting that matches how your leadership likes to see the numbers – Sent weekly, monthly or quarterly
Step 3: We meet to clarify and refine your choices, and start sending the lists and reports.
Step 4: Determine whether you’d like a quarterly or semi-annual “check in” for a review of your business overall. Schedule accordingly.
Step 5: We listen to your feedback, and refine as needed. You exhale.
Will you still be able to log into Enolytics as usual?
Yes, as much as you’d like to.
We’re aiming to take the “lift” off your shoulders.
Ready to get started?
We are too.
Send me an email at cathy@enolytics.com. Let’s go.
