Rosé Season is Here! Let’s Sell Some Wine

Here are two pathways to build your rosé-buyers list within Enolytics, depending on how big you want to go.
1. Small, high-potential audience
This pathway is great for phone calls or a RedChirp campaign.
Open the Sell More Now! module and click on Pitch These Wines.
Open the Next Vintage tab and find your rosé in the Recommended Wine column. Select it and click the checkmark to apply the filter.
Don’t see your wine? Hover over the column header, click the funnel icon, and search for it.
One thing to know: a wine only shows up as recommended if it sold at least 20 bottles in the last 6 months.
Once you’ve got your list, hit Take Action to prep before you start dialing. Our Outbound Sales Toolkit video walks you through it in a couple minutes.
2. Large audience, still segmented
Build your own list!
Go to Advanced Reporting | Build Beyond Limits.
Open Bookmarks, type “Start” in the search bar, and click the Campaign Start bookmark. That pulls every customer in your CRM.
Now narrow it to rosé buyers. If your product data is clean, add a Varietal filter (click New, type “Varietal,” select Rosé). Otherwise filter by Item Wine Name and pick your rosé wines.
In the column picker, add Items (Excl $0) All Time as a measure. Hover over that new column header and sort high to low using the arrow icon.
Want only your serious buyers? Stay in the header, click the funnel icon, and use the expression builder: “greater than or equal” + “6” gives you everyone who’s bought at least 6 bottles of rosé.
Want to go further and find your case buyers? Add a new filter, type “Case Buyer,” select Contact Case Buyer Flag, and set it to True.
Once you have your final list, use Send to External System to export it straight to Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or RedChirp — ready to go. See how to export.
